Hello, I’m Michael! I graduated from USC with my M.A. in Occupational Therapy in 2018. I spent my first 7 years in the field across home and community neuro-rehab, acute care/acute rehab hospitals, inpatient psychiatric settings, and even a year at a therapeutic school for kids with profound autism. This past year, I had an exciting detour into the world of medical technology, where I worked as a Therapy Development Specialist for Vivistim. There, I dove deep into neuroscience and evidence-based practice, as I educated about and trained OTs and PTs in the evaluation and treatment of stroke survivors with the Vivistim Paired-VNS device.
And now I’m excited to bring the culmination of my experience to stroke and brain injury patients in the form of high-quality, personalized, evidence-based care.
